Each of our CSRs (Customer Sales Representative) is an
outstanding college graduate with advanced language,
computer and Internet skills and with a positive customer
oriented attitude.
MI gains from nearby universities a steady influx of CSRs.

is home to some of India's best Engineering, Medical &
Business Schools.
Training, at MI, is a process of continuous improvement and
skills up-gradation based on real time feedback. It also
includes a formalized training curriculum of Customer
Skills, Computer Skills and Sales Skills. Our clients
actively assist with the training either by
teleconferencing or by sending trainers to Manipal. Only
when a client/trainer is completely satisfied does a CSR
receive certification, or permission to get on to
