Manipal Informatics, an IT enabled Business Process Outsourcing Services Organisation offering Voice and Internet based solutions is looking for a dynamic team to manage expanding operations and willing to work to exacting standards.

Operations Manager: You will be in charge of managing a world-class operations center. Good business acumen, a pleasing personality with a proven track record in operations along with 2-3 years experience in senior management is essential. You will be required to achieve the growth targets of the Call Centre.

Team Managers: Minimum of 3-5 years experience in operations, managing 40-50 people, ability to provide hands-on guidance, good communication skills to interact with international clients. Must be result oriented. Will be responsible for operations of programs as an independent profit center.

Team Leaders (Tele-Marketing): Ability to manage a team of 15-20 tele-marketing executives at the Call Centre. 2-3 years experience in a Call Centre as a Team Leader, be capable of setting standards and show by doing. In addition, you will have proficiency in one or more of the following: •Assess, determine and impart training to agents •Sound knowledge of MIS requirements associated with Call Centers •In-bound and out-bound Call Center processes and Q/A processes •Handle escalated calls •Superior tele-marketing skills.

International Tele-Marketing Executives (ITMEs): Excellent command over English, extraordinary communication skills, clear voice, good diction and ability to think on your feet. 1-2 years of relevant tele-marketing experience working the US and Canadian markets both in the B2B and B2C areas. Familiarity with MS Office tools like Excel, Word and working knowledge of
e-mail, web chat, etc.

Head (HRD): Your task will be to develop Human Resources to achieve corporate objectives. You must be capable of designing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Ability to manage the needs of a 300+ team, familiarity with statutory requirements and liaisoning with government agencies are the other requirements.
